A Little More Sparkle: Meet the New Art & Pretties Logo ✨
If you’ve been wandering around Art & Pretties lately, you may have noticed something looks a little different.
We have a brand-new logo. ✨
And while it may be a small collection of lines, letters, and sparkles, it represents something much bigger to me.
Art & Pretties Is Growing
Art & Pretties has always been exactly what the name suggests: a place for art...and all the pretty little things that make life more interesting.
Original paintings. Prints. Jewelry. Whimsical creatures. Ocean worlds. Tiny treasures. Strange ideas that somehow turn into something beautiful.
Basically, if it makes my creative brain light up, there’s a good chance it belongs here.
As Art & Pretties has grown, I wanted a logo that could grow with it—something cleaner and more recognizable while still feeling unmistakably us.
So the new A&P was born.
Simple, Sparkly & Still a Little Magical
The new logo is intentionally streamlined.
The A&P keeps the heart of the Art & Pretties name front and center, while the little sparkle is a reminder of what this whole place is really about:
✨ finding magic in ordinary things
✨ making something beautiful just because we can
✨ embracing the whimsical, unusual, colorful and wonderfully strange
✨ creating a life with a little more art in it
Because around here, pretty has never meant perfect.
It means something made with imagination, personality and a little piece of somebody's heart.
A New Logo, Same Artist Behind the Curtain
Don’t worry—I haven't suddenly become sophisticated. 😂
Behind this shiny new logo is still me, Kara R. Norris, probably covered in paint, surrounded by half-finished ideas, seashells, jewelry supplies and approximately seventeen creative side quests.
The artwork will still be whimsical.
The pretties will still be pretty.
The strange things will still be kindly strange.
And I will absolutely continue creating whatever wonderful thing my imagination decides we apparently need next.
This logo simply gives all of those things a little symbol to live under.
